Babygator Return & Refund Policy

At Babygator, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any BabyGator product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• In the original packaging

For safety and hygiene reasons, products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Simply contact our team via our Contact Us form with:

• Your order number
• The item you’d like to return
• A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve)

We’ll reply with simple return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This typically takes 3–5 business days after approval.

Please note:

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return postage.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right immediately — either with a replacement or a full refund.
