At Babygator, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping timeframes and how we process your order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom & Ireland

This includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
International Shipping

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, customs processing, or local courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Occasional free-shipping promotions may be offered.
Tracking Your Order
All parcels include tracking where available. You’ll receive your tracking link automatically once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes in their destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are determined by your local customs authority.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us via our contact page and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update it if the order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot make address changes.
